If, upon receipt of your order, you discover that it has been damaged in shipment, you must notify BallQube®, LC within 14 days to have it replaced. Please email digital photographs of the damage to sales@ballqube.com. In addition, you must hold the damaged freight for 10 additional days for the carrier's (UPS or FedEx) inspection. Returns Customer will pay to return unwanted product(s) to BallQube in the original packaging to 12146 CR 4233 W, Cushing, TX 75760. Returned product(s) must be received by BallQube in original condition. Upon finding the product(s) returned in good condition, the customer will be issued a credit, less a 15% restocking fee.
