At BallQube we insist on getting it right. Our goal is a fully satisfied customer. In the event that something with your experience is off base, we offer the following steps for resolution.

Damaged Orders: If upon receipt you discover that your order was damaged in shipment, please notify us within 14 days and we will replace it.  Simply use our contact form to notify us of the damage and we will get back to you with instructions. Please note that FedEx requires that you hold the damaged freight for 10 additional days for their inspection.

Returns: BallQube will issue a credit for unwanted products. All we ask is that you return them in unused condition in the original packaging. Ship to 12146 CR 4233 West, Cushing, TX 75760. Credit will be issued upon receipt.
